I Believe Therapy Works Best When It Feels Genuine, Supportive, and Real.

My approach is warm, direct, engaged, and deeply relational. I’m probably not the therapist who just sits quietly and nods through the entire session.

I believe healing happens through genuine connection, emotional safety, and understanding the patterns that developed long before your current struggles began. Together, we may explore trauma, dissociation, relationship dynamics, nervous system responses, and the ways you learned to survive difficult experiences.

My goal is not simply insight — it’s helping you feel more grounded, connected, and less alone in what you carry.

COMMON EXPERIENCES

You Don’t Need To Be “Falling Apart” To Deserve Support.

Chronic Anxiety & Overwhelm

You may look highly functional on the outside while constantly carrying tension, pressure, perfectionism, or emotional exhaustion internally.

Trauma & Complex PTSD

Past experiences can continue affecting your nervous system, relationships, emotions, and sense of safety long after they occurred.

Dissociation & Emotional Disconnection

Sometimes survival looks like numbness, shutting down, feeling disconnected from yourself, or moving through life on autopilot.

Childhood Sexual Abuse Recovery

Healing from childhood trauma often involves rebuilding safety, trust, self-worth, and connection to yourself in a compassionate, supported way.

MY APPROACH

Integrative, Trauma-Informed, and Centered Around You.

I integrate EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, attachment-focused work, trauma-informed care, and nervous system awareness into my work with clients. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, therapy is tailored to your experiences, needs, goals, and emotional capacity.

Together, we work to understand not only what is happening now, but also how earlier experiences may still be shaping the way you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you. Healing is not about “fixing” who you are.

It’s about helping you feel safer, more connected, more emotionally present, and better able to move through life with greater freedom and self-understanding.

You Don’t Have To Keep Carrying This Alone.

Healing is possible — even if you have spent years surviving quietly, feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in old patterns that no longer serve you.

Therapy can help you feel more grounded, emotionally safe, connected, and fully present in your life again.
